  • Labour hiring is qualified as an activity in the framework of which the lending party cedes to the hiring party an employee in a state of employment with the aim of being hired, for the purpose of conducting work and for remuneration. As such, it is a three-way form of employment in which there is a lending party, a hiring party (who is in fact the principal) and an employee.

    The employer organization, that is, the lending party, is specifically established in order to form a legal employment relationship with the employee and meanwhile to make the employee available for another company (principal, hiring party) under the terms of a civil legal contract. There is no legal relationship between the hiring party and the employee that is employed.

  • What does Cafeteria mean?

    Cafeteria covers fringe benefits which can be selected. It is a package of allowances compiled from optional elements, from which a given employee can freely select according to needs and up to the limit determined for him/her.

    It includes numerous elements that can be taken advantage of under far more preferable conditions in comparison with gross pay. Furthermore, it can be used to finance expenditures which normally arise.

    Fulfilment of annual data provisions as determined in legal regulations, including:

    • Issuing the certificates necessary for the individual personal income tax returns of employees, drafting the personal income tax settlement on the basis of declarations of employees. 
    • Drafting the employer personal income tax return for the Hungarian taxation authority (NAV).

    Division of pay and bookkeeping

    In the case of employers with a social security disbursement agency, determining eligibility for social security provisions (sick pay, childcare sick pay, accident sick pay, works accident sick pay, pregnancy and confinement benefit, childcare benefit (GYED)), monitoring the duration of eligibility for the provision, payroll accounting, payment of provisions, keeping registrations prescribed in legal regulations as an operational condition of a social security disbursement agency.
